Finish the Race!!!

Hey guys, it's nate again...srry i havn't posted anything for awhile but since it's Christmas break, everyone is busy...but the past few days for me have been rough, long, stressful, frustrating, depressing, and long once more....It's not really been one specific thing but just from one thing to another, but right now, I just want to praise God and encourage you guys, cause throughout all our struggles, trials, pains, conflicts, and sufferings, we have a God who loves us, and we have a God who uses those pains and sufferings to build up our faith stronger....

...What's been laid on my heart is nothing new to you guys, but just a reminder to meditate on what God himself has done and achieved for us....He has given us the gift of Christ....and because of that gift, our struggles adn our pains are just temporary, and because of Christ, we can use them as Springboards of opportunity to grow closer to God and to be a much more affective Christian.......So what I want to tell you guys is this.....

1. Fear God
- In Matthew 10, Christ tells us to not fear people who can destroy the body but not the soul, but to fear the one who can both destroy body and soul in hell.....There is nothing we should fear on this earth...only God......the beginning of all knowledge is the fear of the Lord..(Proverbs 1)...We should not even fear death, because in Christ alone, death is a doorway to home and not a doorway to eternal destruction

2. Rejoice
REJOICE IN ALL SUFFERING!!!...This world is temporary..this is not our home,...in amist of all our pain, praise God...because our suffering is what brings us closer to him and is what makes us much more affective....

...In every situation of our lives guys, no matter what we're dealing with, pray, rejoice, praise God, and reveal his glory.....our momentary troulbes are achieving us an eternal glory that far outweighs anything we could possibly imagine......All glory be to God....and may is will be done........stay the course, set yours eyes upon God every minute of everyday, and finish the race!!!...I can't stress that enough, finish the race, stay on course!!!!....Do it!!!..lol......let me know your comments....

2 Corinthians 4:17-18
"For momentary, light affliction is producing for us an eternal weight of glory far beyond all comparison, while we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not sen; for the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal"

To be with Christ forever, is worth everything, even our very lives.....
